Happy Birthday Mini!

A year can make a big difference! Here she is last birthday:

And here she is eating her birthday breakfast this morning.

I love this little girl and getting to hang out with her all day every day. It's the best job ever! Here is a video of her singing the ABC's. Once again, I know I'm her mom but I think she's brilliant.

Lol. The birthday pictures are funny. Last year she was small and had a big cake. Now she's big and has this small egg thing. hehe. :) Her alphabet is fantastic!

Hello world!

Look at me, doing a blog post and joining Facebook in the same week! I guess it's time for an update since it's only been four months. I'll start with Liv. I can't believe she's already 4+ months old! She is doing great! I feel so blessed that she is so healthy and developing perfectly so far. In the last week she has started rolling over (multiple times so she ends up far away from where I put her) and grabbing things. She has also decided she doesn't like nursing from mommy. :( We'll see how long I can stand pumping... Usually she is a happy little person, but in the last two weeks she has screamed for an hour+ straight while being babysat (sorry Ang and Anne-Marie!). What a stinker! I told Adam she could write a book called, "How to Lose Friends and Frustrate People." At least she's good for me. Here are some recent pictures. And we're having...

another GIRL!!! We are really excited. She was so cute on the ultrasound--my favorite part was her little foot (measuring 3.5 cm right now). She wasn't doing flips and cartwheels like Mini was on her ultrasound so maybe she'll be a little mellower, more like Emmy. Most importantly, she looks healthy and her growth is right on. The only disappointment is that they didn't move my due date up at all. I was hoping to be moved up a week--away from Halloween. That's OK. The tech said she's actually measuring for November 1 so maybe I'll try to hold out for November 2 or 3. Seeing her made me so excited to get to meet her! As much as I don't love being pregnant, I'm so excited to have another little bundle to hold!
